General Questions
Is TMA safe for my child?
All areas of our school were designed with safety as the highest priority. Everyone MUST WEAR SHOES AT ALL TIMES. We would like to remind you that it is the caregivers' responsibility to keep an eye on their children at all times.

How about TMA’s cleanliness?
We clean and disinfect our toys, instruments, tables, and microphones.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards.

Party Hosting Questions
What do I need to do to book a party?
To inquire about hosting a private party at TMA, please email us at info@tiffanymusicacademy.com

What is your cancellation policy?
Parties can be canceled for a full refund up to 6 weeks in advance.

Can I reschedule my party?
The date you choose when booking your party cannot be rescheduled if the party is less than 6 weeks away.

How early should I book my private event?
We advise you to book as far in advance as possible. You can book a party up to 6 months in advance. On occasion parties do get canceled, so if you consider booking a party on a short notice, feel free contact us to find out if there is any last-minute availability.

Can I rent the facility for events other than birthday parties?
Yes, we are available for private events that include both adults and children, such as fundraisers, field trips, baby showers, baptisms, graduations, family reunions, etc.

How many tables do you have for seating?
We have two 7' long tables, each with chairs on both sides. Both are used primarily for the guests/gifts. One small table for gifts. We have a total of 50 chairs.

What time can I get there to set up for my party?
You are given 20 minutes to set up for your party prior to your start time. During this time you may bring in and set up food, beverages and decorations.

What is the parking situation during parties?
We have a parking lot on site and we are located on the lower level for easy access. If our lot fills up there is both metered and non-metered parking just outside the premises. And remember that meters don't need to be fed on Sundays!

What is the maximum number of guests I can invite?
We can host 20 children (ages 4 to 17 years) and 18 adults (18 years and over) for one event. There is limited space in the performance room. Parents are encouraged to wait in the lobby if the performance area fills up.

Are the birthday kid and parents included in the 20 kids/18 adults guest count?
Yes, those are the maximum number of guests we can handle, including the birthday child.

May I bring outside food to my party?
Yes, you may bring any kind of food. No slime

Why no slime?
Slime is almost impossible to clean off of our instruments.

Can I schedule a birthday party or private event on a weekday?
Yes, but private parties can only start after classes end.

Can we have a piñata at my party?
Sorry, we don’t have a space safe enough for children to swing bats around. There are breakable things everywhere.

Should I tip the party coordinators that hosted my event?
You may want to show your satisfaction with their service by kindly leaving a gratuity. Please know that tips are neither necessary nor expected, but definitely very much appreciated.

What if I have a concern or complaint?
If you are not completely happy during or after a visit or party, we would love to hear from you personally right away. We appreciate the chance to right all wrongs and want you to know that we value your input, as it helps our business improve. We are certain that most issues can be easily resolved when promptly addressed.
