Is TMA safe for my child?
All areas of our school were designed with safety as the highest priority. Everyone must wear shoes at all times. We would like to remind you that it is the caregivers' responsibility to keep an eye on their children at all times.

How about TMA’s cleanliness?
We clean and disinfect our toys, instruments, tables, and microphones throughout the day.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards.

Party Hosting Questions
What do I need to do to book a party?
To inquire about hosting a private party at TMA, please email us at info@tiffanymusicacademy.com

What is your cancellation policy?
Parties can be canceled for a full refund up to 6 weeks in advance.

Can I reschedule my party?
The date you choose when booking your party cannot be rescheduled if the party is less than 6 weeks away.

How early should I book my private event?
We advise you to book as far in advance as possible. You can book a party up to one year in advance. Especially during the hot summer or cold winter months, our weekend party schedule tends to get booked solid quickly. On occasion, parties do get canceled, so if you consider booking a party on a short notice, feel free contact us to find out if there are any last-minute availabilities.

Can I rent the facility for events other than birthday parties?
Yes, we are available for private events that include both adults and children, such as fundraisers, field trips, baby showers, baptisms, graduations, family reunions, etc.

How many tables do you have for seating?
We have three 7' long tables, each with chairs on both sides. One is normally used for food and beverages, while the other two are used primarily for the guests/gifts. We have a total of 50 chairs.

What time can I get there to set up for my party?
Your party will be set up by the time you arrive. You are given 15 minutes to set up for your party. For example, if your party starts at 10 AM, you may arrive at 9:45 AM to bring in and set up food, beverages and supplemental decorations. You can always book an additional hour to have more setup time, or start the celebration in a more intimate setting with close family before all your other guests arrive.

What is the parking situation during parties?
There is usually plenty of metered street parking along the street. There also is a parking lot. And remember that meters on the boulevard don't need to be fed on Sundays!

Are the birthday kid and parents included in the 10 kids/8 adults guest count?
Yes, the 10 kids include the birthday child and the adult guest count includes the birthday child’s parents.

What is the maximum number of guests I can invite?
Party packages include admission for 10 children (ages 4 to 17 years) and 8 adults (18 years and over). If the amount of 10 children is exceeded, a fee of $12 per extra child and $6 per extra adult will be added to your final bill. PLEASE NOTE: 2 -hour parties must not exceed a 10 children and 8 adult guest count.

May I bring outside food to my party?
Yes, you may bring any kind of food, with the exception of ice cream.

Why no ice cream or slime?
It’s a mess, greasy and sticky. Almost impossible to clean off of our instruments.

Can I schedule a birthday party or private event on a weekday?
Yes, but private parties can only start after classes.

Can we have a piñata at my party?
Sorry, due to the risk of injury we do not allow piñatas at our parties.

Should I tip the party coordinators that hosted my event?
You may want to show your satisfaction with their service by kindly leaving a gratuity. Please know that tips are neither necessary nor expected, but definitely very much appreciated.

What if I have a concern or complaint?
If you are not completely happy during or after a visit or party, we would love to hear from you personally right away. We appreciate the chance to right all wrongs and want you to know that we value your input, as it helps our business improve. And we are certain that most upsets turn out to be based on a simple oversight or misunderstanding, and can usually be easily resolved when promptly addressed.
